The Sunview Office Suits are located in the heart of Baxter (Fort Mills, SC) at 975 Market Street. Baxter Village is just off Interstate 77 providing quick and easy access to Charlotte NC, Rock Hill SC, and other neighboring cities and towns. Uptown Charlotte is 20 miles north of Baxter. Rock Hill is 10 miles south of Baxter.

Your clients will find you easily. From Charlotte take Interstate 77 South to Exit 85. Turn right onto Highway 160 (SC 160). Proceed to the next intersection which is Baxter’s Market Street and make a left onto Market Street.  Proceed a tenth of a mile. The Sunview Office Suites is located on the left at 975 Market Street. The Fratelli Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria and Collins Law office is on the ground floor. Park on the street or in the parking lot in the rear of the building. There is ample parking. Don’t forget to pick up a mocha latte at the Starbuck’s Coffee shop down the street. If you are in a rush, use the drive thru but if you want to network with other business owners and potential clients park and go in and order there.
