Ample Parking

Ample Parking is available around the Sunview Office Suites. The planners of Baxter Village understood that although we should all be walking more than we do that most people will drive to a location. Ample Parking was designed into the Baxter Town Center to accommodate business patrons. Your clients will know that they will be able to find a parking space right behind the back of our building. In fact, our rear entrance is really our main entrance. We designed it that way. We placed the elevator in the back of the building because we knew that most patrons would park in the rear parking lot and take the elevator to the 2nd Floor. But if you want to browse the shops, restaurants, and coffee shops on Market Street, our front door gives you access to the front staircase or use the interior ground level corrider to cut through to the back entrance and the elevator. We suggest you walk it up the flight of stairs, it’s healthier. But we won’t tell anyone if you take the elevator.
